no stress, all sweat.
SWEATWRK is a 40-minute blend of floor pilates, strength training and metabolic conditioning. Built around primary movement patterns (squat, lunge, push, and pull), this coach-led group workout includes mini bands, dumbbells, kettlebells, and barbell wrk for strength development; slam balls, self-propelled treadmills, low-impact bikes/rowers/ski-ergs for the functional and conditioning side of ttraining. Programmed in an interval and circuit-style format we all know and love!
Group Training Programs (GTP)
Our 24-week training cycles consist of three phases:
The startup, the follow-through, and the finish, with each phase lasting eight weeks long.
8-week group training programs:
Day 1 • lower and core focus (monday or tuesday)
Day 2 • upper and core focus (wednesday or thursday)
Day 3 • full body focus (friday or saturday)
Studio is closed sundays, but accessible to our members who subscribe to 24/7 gym access and/or personal training
Personal Training: Private (1on1) and Semi-Private
(2-member sessions)
Our 40-minute personal training sessions are an extension of our group training programs, with an emphasis on improving timing and technique in a more personal (private 1on1 or semi-private 1on2) setting! Personal training options allow our members to build on their confidence and competence in the group fitness space, and continues development towards building both strength and conditioning needed to complete a DEKA.
What’s DEKA:
DEKA is the perfect mix of strength and conditioning, measured so you actually see progress, not just sweat stains. You versus your last score. This 10-movement circuit for time gives Sweat Method a destination and direction for developing a structured program that can be tailored to all fitness levels!
